1. Which person you have worked with which has most inspired you in your career, and how?
My editor-in-chief during my time as a journalist. A person with an emotional intelligence. Tough as a leader, intelligent at work and warm as a person.

2. What do you do in your free time to relax and unwind?
I run and do sports. I like to hike or deep diving course. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience, with fantastic underwater photography.

3. Is there anything you have personally achieved or done that would surprise people?
I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro earlier this year. And diving is my biggest passion. This summer I completed a deep diving course. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience, with fantastic underwater photography.

4. What is the smallest change you have made in your political career that has had the biggest positive result?
I pushed a report through Parliament on a visa-free regime for the five countries of the western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia). This had a tangible impact for those living in the region, especially young people who lived through bloody wars. I will never forget their gratitude.

5. What was the most inspirational and influential book you have read and why?
The Kite Runner by Khaled Husseini. A very inspirational novel about betrayal, love, sacrifices and lies, all against the devastating backdrop of the history of Afghanistan.
