Tonight's ceremony will be hosted by veteran MEP Paul Rübig, himself an MEP award winner for research and innovation. It will take place in the beautiful Concert Noble, at the heart of the European quarter.

After hundreds of MEPs cast their votes, we look forward to unveiling this year's winners. For more information, go to http://www.mepawards.eu or follow us on Twitter @Parlimag. For those of you who are unable to make it, we will be live tweeting the event using #MEPAwards16 and our sponsor GSMA will be live streaming the ceremony.
