1. How would you describe your political/leadership style in three words?

Kind, clear and empathic.

2. What is the smallest change you have made in your career that has had the biggest positive result?

I started to focus on the skills that I am good at instead of trying to be good at the things that I am not as good. I switched focus from my weaknesses and instead improved the skills more natural to me. I also realised that I do not need to be good at everything. Instead, I can surround myself with people who are good at the things I am not.

3. What one item would you save from your house or apartment/house if it was on fire? (apart from your photo album)

A small bag I had with me when I was adopted from South Korea.

4. What do you do in your free time to relax and unwind?

I usually go for walks in the woods and pick mushrooms.

5. What was the most inspirational and influential book you have read and why?

Le Scaphandre et le Papillon (The Diving Bell and the Butterfly) by Jean-Dominique Bauby. It may not be a masterpiece but due to the strong effort of the author to write the book. That is truly inspirational.
