Pelayo Castro Zuzuárregui is the new Senior Adviser. His responsibilities include Latin America and Caribbean, relations with IFIs and consular protection.
Directorates-General and Services
Environment (ENV)
Emil Anderson replaces Lore Genand as Head of Unit A2 (Communication and IT Solutions) who was covering the role in an acting capacity.
Joachim D'Eugenio is the new Adviser for Directorate C (Zero Pollution).
Hugo-Maria Schally is the new Adviser for Directorate F (Green Diplomacy and Multilateralism) and is no longer the Head of Unit F3 (Global Environmental Cooperation and Multilateralism).
